The Lancaster Chamber “Celebrating Women in Business” Group meets on the 3rd Thursday of every month at alternating local Restaurants within the Lancaster Chamber Membership and encourages all genders to attend.

Our Mission: educate, support, encourage, and share our experience in the business world no matter what phase of business we are in, from start-ups to mature companies, and no matter what position we hold.

Our Vision: create and sustain networking, and marketing exposure, utilize expansive business resources, and through community involvement, create social and cultural impact in the community we serve.

It is our goal to enhance our monthly experience with special guest speakers from within our membership, offer an intimate experience where one can share their wisdom during Round-Table discussions on applicable topics of concern, and most of all, connect on a personal level to fulfill our mission and vision. All genders are welcome and encouraged.
